The Left Forum is building a collaborative network sharing a leftist set of values and extending from political parties to universities, research institutions and expert organizations.
The member organizations of the Left Forum are the political party Left Alliance, People’s Educational Association (KSL) and Yrjö Sirola Foundation.
The Forum has currently one full time employee, Mr. Jukka Pietiläinen (Director), and three half-time employees: an Information Officer, Ms. Elina Vainikainen and two researchers, Ms. Johanna Perkiö and Ms. Eeva-Maria Grekula. Our office is located in Helsinki, Finland, in the district of Kallio (see Contact).
The Left Forum is active in Transform! Europe, which is a European-wide organization of leftist think tanks.
